Training provided by the Amano Corporation for our technical team has also improved our services and turn around time. Technical Support

Nideka has 15 personnel in its Technical and Support Department. We have three(3) staff handling servicing and repairs at our office. Outdoor servicing and maintenance is handle by seven personnel. Beside these personnel, Nideka has 60 Dealers and value-added resellers nation-wide providing support and servicing for our clienteles.
